Bánh mì

The Perfect Choice

"That's a symphony in a sandwich. The baguette alone is something of a miracle: how do they stay so crunchy, crispy and fresh on the outside, and so airy and perfect in the inside" we use fresh ingredients and offer a variety of extras on the side.

Bánh bèo - Bánh bột lọc

The Perfect Choice

Bánh bèo & Bánh bột lọc are a Vietnamese dish that is originated from Huế. Bánh bèo is made from a combination of rice flour and tapioca flour. Bánh bột lọc is a small, clear-looking, chewy tapioca dumplings, filled with shrimp and pork belly, often being topped with fried shallots and served with sweet chili fish sauce.
Many restaurants have their own take on this recipe, but we’re confident that ours is the best, always prepared to perfection. Share it with friends or have it all to yourself—you’ll enjoy it till the very last bite.
